Description
Performance and Application:
1. Used for zirconium addition or grain refinement in aluminum alloy smelting. Low addition temperature and low loss of zirconium element.
2. A large number of dispersed ZrAl3 high-melting point particles are generated in the liquid aluminum. When solidified, they are used as foreign crystal nucleus to refine grain structure, so as to improve the strength and plasticity of aluminum or casting and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties.
Usage:
1. Bake and dry before use.
2. Add temperature: above 720℃.
3. The amount of this product added: according to the actual calculation and test to determine.
4. Adding method: heat up to the required temperature, remove scum, put the product into aluminum liquid, melt it,mix it evenly,sample analysis,and pour it after the composition is qualified.
Shape and packing:
Each W.: Around 8 kg.
Packing: 1000 kgs/pallet, wrapped with heat shrinkage film.
